By accessing this site or registering for a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
Nowebi Netuna operates a recurring webinar series covering general educational topics related to Google Maps rankings, Google Business Profile configuration, and content approaches associated with local search visibility for service businesses. Sessions are organized around individual, city-based service business types for illustrative purposes. Content presented is general and informational in nature and should not be interpreted as personalized legal, marketing, or business advice specific to any individual business's circumstances.
Access to sessions is made available through the registration options described on the Pricing page, including single session, full series, team, and archive access. Access details such as duration of recorded availability are subject to change with reasonable notice communicated to registrants. Registration is personal to the individual or entity that submits it and is not intended for unrestricted redistribution beyond the access tier purchased.
Prices listed on the Pricing page reflect one-time payments for the corresponding access option and are not recurring subscriptions unless separately stated in writing. Cancellation prior to a scheduled live session may be eligible for review on a case-by-case basis. Once recorded content has been accessed by a registrant, refund eligibility is assessed differently given the nature of digital content delivery. Nowebi Netuna reserves the right to reschedule a live session where necessary, with notice provided to registered attendees by email.
Users agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems, not to redistribute recorded session content or written recaps outside the scope of the access tier purchased, and not to use the site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its normal operation.
All content presented during sessions, including slides, recordings, written recap documents, and site text and graphics, is the property of Nowebi Netuna or its licensors and is protected under applicable United States copyright law. Access granted through registration is a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business reference use, not a transfer of ownership.
Educational content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Nowebi Netuna does not guarantee any specific search ranking outcome, visibility result, or business outcome from applying material discussed in any session. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nowebi Netuna shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or session content.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and applicable U.S. federal law where relevant.
Nowebi Netuna may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
